Who We Are

Deviate is a full-service Calgary-based design and drafting studio. We special in residential infill development and construction drawings, ranging from single-family and laneway homes to townhouse and apartment complexes.

Deviate Design Inc. was founded by Tom Jenson in 2020.

What We Do

Nearly 20 years experience working with southern Alberta’s municipalities allows us to guide you through the entire pre-construction process. We help coordinate with consultants and navigate permitting, land-use bylaw, and building code requirements to produce feasibility studies, design development drawings, and construction documentation. Deviate aims to leave you confident and excited that your investment will depart from the usual.
