I recently had the honour of being featured in episode 93 of the Ideas and Stuff Podcast, which is hosted by my friend and realtor, Michael Montgomery. If you haven’t heard the podcast before, it showcases the entrepreneurial spirit of Calgary by interviewing the “movers, shakers and idea makers” of our great city!

Our conversation ranges from what the development process is like for homeowners and the bylaw considerations for infills, to Calgary’s urban sprawl problem, gentrification, and the “missing middle” solutions inner-city community associations support.
